For that reason, this journal is committed to ensure submissions in accordance with academic and ethical standards to prevent publication malpractice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please read the guidelines below then visit the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/e-journaloflaw.org\/submissions\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/e-journaloflaw.org\/submissions\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 site to be informed about the aims and scope of this Journal and to upload your manuscript. Please note that manuscripts not conforming to these guidelines will be rejected.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The editorial board of the <\/span><b>E-Journal of Law <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is responsible for deciding which of the submitted articles will be published.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The principle of Non-Discrimination as to to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors is the one of the pillars observed by the the editorial board when evaluating the manuscripts for their intellectual content.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As plagiarism is demonstrated as an indicator of inadequate quality journal, or a journal that has no quality control system, the Editorial Board considers\u00a0 issues of plagiarism\u00a0 as a danger to the academic community\u00a0 and strictly elaborates policy to avoid plagiarism at any cost.(see item no 10 on author\u2019s guide). In case an article is found to have plagiarised other works or included copyrighted materials without permission, with insufficient or wrong acknowledgement, the Editorial Board reserves the rights to actively participate in the issue by either retracting the article or submitting the claim to the managing office of the author\u2019s institution and\/or relevant academic bodies <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buymyhouse7.com\/utah\/buy-my-house-fast-west-jordan-ut\/\">buymyhouse7<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Editor Board is responsible for the protection of the confidentiality of all\u00a0 submitted materials to the journal and all communications with reviewers, unless otherwise agreed upon with the\u00a0 authors and reviewers in question.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The authors should guarantee that the works they have written are original. Works should not have been published before. Previously submitted works are not accepted and this action is considered unethical.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All authors should reveal in their manuscripts any financial and personal relationships with other people or institutions that could be regarded as inappropriately swaying (affecting) their work.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Articles that are sent to our Journal and pass the examination by the editor, are sent to two reviewers who in return will examine articles and provide <a href=\"https:\/\/e-journaloflaw.org\/?p=3652&amp;preview=true\">a report<\/a>. Authors may be asked to reexamine their articles depending on the reviewers\u2019 reports, or be informed of the rejection or the acceptance of their articles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reviewers are requested to keep the received manuscript as confidential as possible and they must never use the information accessed through peer review for their personal advantage. Reviewers must not provide to anyone with the review or information about the paper or contact the authors directly without prior permission from the editor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A reviewer should be alerted to possible ethical issues arising from the paper and should bring them to the attention of the editor, including any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under evaluation and any other published paper of which the reviewer has personal information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reviews should be objectively directed and personal criticism of the author\/authors is unsuitable.
