The importance of discipline hasincreased as a result of the armies growth. In ancient times, The person who manage the state has authority to punish to maintain military discipline. Later the authority of punisment was given to commanders behalf of king. In the historical process, military crimes havebegun to occur and the authority was occured which punish these crimes. Military justicemade progress \u0131n the process and showed changes in positive sense within the environmental human rights.<\/p>\n<p>Military justice systems also differ due tothe country&#8217;s political, cultural, geographical, and legal structure\u2019differ. While some countries did not allow for a seperate military justice in justice system, some countries are also arranged a private section either completely seperate military and civil justice or as a justice regime within the justice.
