Moreover, violence that is accompanied by social and personal elements has become very complicated<\/p>\n<p>This study deals with conceptions of violence, intimate partner violence and domestic violence and types of violence by means of regulations in concerning laws. Deficiencies of Turkish Penal Code in practice will be tried to be expressed critically when intimate partner violence, as a type of violence, happens.
