The Phenomenon of Corruption and Its Reflection in Criminal Law Science
ABSTRACT
This study aims to explain the much-discussed phenomenon of corruption and reveal its place in criminal law science. Because it is not possible to talk about the relationship between corruption and criminal law without knowing what the word corruption means. In order to clarify the place of this concept in criminal law, the concept of corruption should be analyzed scientifically. In this context, the present study primarily explains the phenomenon of corruption in the light of the attempts of different disciplines to describe (I) and then searches for the place of this phenomenon in criminal law science (II). Finally, the essential findings and conclusion are expressed.
