Anti-Corruption Compliance Programs in Europe Towards the Development of a New European Paradigm
ABSTRACT
The work investigates, in a comparative perspective, the relationships between the subjective attribution of responsibility to the institution and models of organization and management in the field of fight against corruption. The survey, in the field of fight against corruption in public and private sectors, reveals a convergence of deeply different regulatory realities, under the pressure of supranational and comparative sources (United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy) and through the circulation of legal models, highlighting the link between the lack of organization and the "belonging" of the crime to the institution of the currently prevalent imputation models.
