Critical Analyses on the Decision of International Criminal Court on the Case over the PROSECUTOR versus GERMAIN KATANGA

International criminal court (herein after ICC) empowered to investigate and where warranted, tries individual with the gravest crime, such as; genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and crime of aggression. Under this Article an author critically analyse the ICC cases of Germain Katanga, the alleged commander and leader of the Patriotic Resistance Force in Ituri (FRPI), and Mathieu Ngudjolo, the Nationalist and Integrationist Front in Iturbi (FNI), who were tried before the International Criminal Court (ICC) for crimes against humanity and war crimes on Hame peoples committed since February 24, 2003. On this the core focus of the analyses focused on the conformity of ICC decision in light with international criminal law jurisprudence.
